Bookings

All bookings must be made online through our secure, GDPR compliant and user-friendly booking platform on our website.

Creating an account is advised to easily manage your appointment and earn rewards.

All bookings require full payment at the time of booking in order to secure the appointment.
Please read our 'Rescheduling' and 'Cancellation' terms carefully before amending your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations & Reschedules
Cancellation Timeframe:
JULIANA REGO Skin & Wellness operates a strict 48 Hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please note you must do so at least 48 hours before.
Late Cancellation/Reschedule Fee:
If you do not cancel/reschedule within the window above:

50% of the session fee will be charged if cancelled with less than 48 hours
-
100% of the session fee will be charged if cancelled with less that 24 hours
-
10% of the session fee will be charged if you reschedule with less than 48 hours
No-Show Policy:
If you fail to attend without notice:

Full fee applies

Discretionary: In very rare instances, one warning may be offered should a valid reason be given, then charges will apply.
Late Attendance:

Late attendance will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

Late attendance will result in reduced treatment time and service.

Gift Cards

eGift cards and Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue.

eGift cards and Gift Vouchers cannot be renewed, are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable either fully or in part for cash of any amount.

eGift cards and Gift Vouchers can be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, and to purchase 'Treatment Plans & Packages'.

eGift card and Gift Voucher bookings are subject to availability. So please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

eGift cards are issued digitally via email to the address provided at the time of purchase and on the date specified at time of purchase and can be sent to either the purchaser or to the gift recipient, subject to the purchaser's preference.

The purchaser is responsible for correctly addressing the eGift cards. JULIANA REGO Skin & Wellness will not be liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of an eGift card sent via email being blocked by filters or firewalls, deleted by the gift recipient or where the incorrect email address has been entered by the purchaser.

Referral Rewards

Enjoy 10% OFF any individual treatment session for every friend or family member you refer to JULIANA REGO Skin & Wellness.

The Referral Discount can only be redeemed once the referred member has received their treatment.

The referral discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.

The referral discount is only valid for one individual massage or facial treatment and not across 'Treatment Plans & Packages'.

The referral discount code will be valid for 30 days only.

To receive your referral discount code please get in touch via the contact form on our website.

To ensure you receive your referral discount, kindly request the referred individual to provide your full name on the Consultation Form.

Plans & Packages

Plans & Packages cannot be renewed or extended, and are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable either fully or in part for cash of any amount.

Plans & Packages cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

Redeeming the set number of appointments within Treatment Plans & Packages is subject to availability, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Refund Eligibility for Individual Treatments, Plans & Packages, Gift Cards & Vouchers
Refunds for packages and plans are available if:

Cancelled within 14 days of purchase

No sessions have been used

If you cancel your appointment outside the 48 hour period before your scheduled appointment time, JULIANA REGO Skin & Wellness shall provide a refund via the same payment method used at the time of booking.

JULIANA REGO Skin & Wellness cannot offer refunds once your consultation and/or treatment has begun. This applies to massage and facial treatments, and aromatherapy consultations. We shall, however, endeavour to improve upon any service, if in the rare instance you are unhappy with the treatment you have received.

JULIANA REGO Skin & Wellness cannot offer refunds on Gift Cards and Vouchers.

JULIANA REGO Skin & Wellness cannot offer refunds on 'Block Purchases, Treatment Plans & Packages' that are paid for using Gift Cards, Promotional Codes or Referral Discounts, and that have either expired or been wholly or partially redeemed, whichever is applicable.
